Our Story
Rise & Rep started out of frustration. Every time I would go to a sports store, the women's sports section was tiny or non-existent. And what was there often didn't reflect my size (I'm short!) or my style. I wanted to change that.
I turned that frustration into opportunity. I built Rise & Rep as a shop 100% dedicated to women's sports merch. If you believe women's sports should not be ignored and want to represent your fandom in different ways every day. We're here for you.
I'm Helen.
I'm the founder of Rise & Rep! Here are 3 things to know about me:
- I'm a Colombian-born New Yorker, currently living in Queens.The ancestral homeland of the Lenape people.
- I've been building a small grassroots soccer community in New York since 2023 called Laidback Soccer.
- I love almost all sports, but I am a hardcore fan of Gotham FC, the NY Liberty, the Colombian Women's National team (sorry, Team USA, you come after!), and Atlético Nacional.
