Return & Exchanges

At this time, Rise & Rep does not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is made to order using a print-on-demand process, which means products are created specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this production model, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We know this isn’t ideal, and we hope to offer more flexible return options as the business grows. For now, we encourage customers to review product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@riseandrep.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with our production partner to make it right where possible. Approved issues may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

Because all Rise & Rep items are made to order, all products are final sale, including:

  • Apparel and accessories
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If there is an issue related to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, please contact us so we can review your case.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, because Rise & Rep products are custom-made to order, standard EU 14-day cooling-off return rights may not apply. If you have questions related to EU consumer rights, please contact us at info@riseandrep.co and we will review your situation.
