Where We Ship

Rise & Rep ships worldwide 🌍

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and delivered to the address where you normally receive mail.


Processing & Production Time

Every Rise & Rep piece is made to order, just for you.

Because of this, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Heads up: since our pieces are handmade, slight variations in fabric placement or detailing can happen—this is part of what makes each item uniquely yours.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times below are estimates, not guarantees, and begin after production is complete.

U.S. Orders (Lower 48 States):

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority: 2–3 business days

  • USPS Express: 1–2 business days

International Orders:

  • USPS First Class International: ~3 weeks

  • USPS Priority International: up to 2 weeks

  • USPS Express International: 3–5 business days

Once shipped, delivery times are handled by USPS and may vary due to weather, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.


Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information.

If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder—sometimes it sneaks in there.


International Orders: Important Information

If you’re ordering from outside the United States, please note:

  • The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are determined by your country—not by Rise & Rep.

  • Any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.

In some cases, we may need additional information to verify payment. If so, we’ll reach out directly—quick responses help avoid delays.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all Rise & Rep items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said—if your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ve got you.

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the defect

We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.


Sizing Information

We work with multiple premium blank garment manufacturers. You’ll find detailed size charts on every product page—we strongly recommend reviewing measurements before ordering to ensure the best fit.


Gift Cards

  • Gift card balances can be checked during checkout by entering the card number.

  • Gift cards cannot be purchased with discount codes.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
